I'm Helen Marsh and Lorleigh is me! ~ a Brisbane based Portrait Photographer.

I'm a Wife, I'm a Mother. I'm a Sister and a Daughter, but most importantly, I'm a Friend. During my time as a Portrait Photographer, I have laughed and I have cried. I have witnessed so many wonderful moments. Life is full of all those precious memories that are moments in time, that should be documented. They need to be remembered, they need to be captured. That's my role.

I can't call what I do work ... I play and I LOVE to have FUN!! (see below goofy pics ... that's me with my amazing Hubby!) This FUN makes me smile and it's my hope that what I do will make YOU smile too.

Many people ask why 'Lorleigh' for a business name? It's a great story ... it was my nickname as a child – a special term of endearment kindly bestowed upon me by my younger sister all because she couldn’t pronounce the “H” in Helen. To this day we have no idea where it came from, but it stuck for nearly three years. Being known as 'Lorleigh' is a much treasured family memory and based on this happy family memory ~ Lorleigh Photography was born. I have been photographing professionally since 2009.

Lorleigh Photography specialises in portrait photography including Maternity, Newborn and Family.

Lorleigh Photography's top priority is capturing moments in time and helping these individual moments last in the form of beautiful images to display in yours and your loved one's home. One of the best parts of what I do is presenting my clients with their new family heirlooms to hang on their walls. I will never tire of witnessing their smiles knowing how special and treasured these images are, now and into the future over generations.
